The Villa Owner will need to pay a Booking Fee on all the big, national Websites advertising Holiday Rentals. For the Villa Owner this can be up to 18% depending on where he advertises. For full details see here
He might decide to add that Percentage to his nightly Rate. We do not charge this Booking Fee and therefore the Owner could reduce his Nightly Rate by x %, thus becoming more competitive.
